You must inform your doctor about any complications arising during treatment, or when you prefer another method of treatment. Adhere to the scheduled appointments and contact the hospital to cancel the appointment when necessary. Leave your valuable things at home and bring the necessary items only to the hospital. Adhere to the rules and regulations of the hospital: Refraining from smoking in the hospital. Complying with the hospitals regulations in regards to visitors and visitation hours in certain areas (ICU, NICU, CCU, Labor Room) to maintain the rights and comfort of all patients. Kindly avoid causing noise and taking into consideration other’s privacy and security. Treat hospital employees, patients and visitors respectfully and kindly. Provide accurate information about your claims for insurance, also, coordinate with your doctor and the accounting department to help you settle payments.
