Visitors Regulations:

It is essential to implement the following regulations. Therefore, we appreciate your cooperation for the welfare and comfort of our patients.

New Dar Al-Shifa is a non-smoking hospital. You are kindly requested to avoid smoking inside the building.

Parking:

Available in the designated parking bays; in front and to the sides of the hospital

Security:

Available 24hours

Wheel Chairs:

Available at the main entrance of the hospital

Pharmacy:

Open 24 hours

Cafeteria:

Open 24 hours

Working hours:

Administration from 8.00 am to 4.00 PM.

Hospital: Open 24 Hours

Relatives and family members are not allowed to accompany the patient to the operating room; instead, they may wait in the patient's room.

Visiting Hours:

Everyday from 8.00am to 10 pm.
It is forbidden for visitors to bring in food for patients.

Only one person is entitled to stay overnight. Those who wish to request a guest bed should ask for it between 3 pm and 10 pm. For CCU, ICU, NICU, and Delivery Suite, no overnight visitors allowed.
